  The staff that work here a rude and sourfaced, they are very abrupt and very unhelpful, they don't like to answer questions, or if you don't understand something and try to ask again they snap at you and roll their eyes rudely. I think if your going to be in customer service you at least have to like talking to people and answering questions, if you don't like working their find another job or quit, I know that sometimes you can have a bad day but everyday can't be a bad day, I hate going their it's like being in a POW camp you walk in looking at the floor and don't make eye contact or you'll be shot,, they need new people with a better out look on life not the grumpy old ladies that are their now.

  Fantastic Staff that make it so easy to do all our business there , this branch seems to be knowledgeable and it's a fast turn around in there
