  We were holiday img and this was the closest hospital. We arrived Easter Saturday afternoon. We were met by friendly nursing staff who quickly took my wife into a triage room while I completed admin details. The doctors were extremely prompt, very switched on to the condition that needed treatment and arranged this quickly. They also spent time discussing preventative alternatives and shared other options for exploration with our GP. You couldn't ask for more pleasant service from a hospital. Well done team.

  Staff are wonderful and and of our 3 visits (twice with small kids) we have always been happy with the help we've received. Just remember if you turn up with something non life threatening then your not fist come first serve. Some people get quite frustrated with that concept, twice with sick kids we've been seen almost immediately, once with a small bit of steel stuck in my leg i had to wait 45-60 min but that should be expected.

  Terrible might as well be in jail they treat you like that left me sotting there for hours then spoke to me rudely so i left and am now on my way loganlea waste of 4 hours of my day they need to learn how to smile and speak to patients will never return to that place the people there are not normal maybe the heat messes with there heads
