  well I recently bought a juke from beau desert Nissan and when I signed the contract for the said amount. which was legally binding they then palmed me off too the finance lady who tried to slap me with a $770 establishment fee they have since refunded the amount only highlighting how underhanded this was, this was only on the condition that "I give a great report on the customer feedback form" the dealer principal words not fine. secondly I have driven the juke for over a month and it is running 9.6 litres per 100kms which gives me about 350ks ( this from a 1.2 manual engine) per tank well under the advertised specs of 6.5 litres per 100ks when I went back to the nissan to get this fixed they said" the car needs time to settle in, and that sounds about right for a juke" also they have had to order a new tyre warning light I will keep you posted with how I go with Nissan to get these issues resolved buyers beware!!!!!

  terrible service, traded my car in and bought a new one, they tried to stitch me up with a dealer facilitation fee of $700, this was because I wanted $6000 for my trade in which they agreed too, but tried to recoup the cost with above fee, very underhanded to say the least, to which, when I mentioned to the dealer principal he acknowledged, and he refunded the money!!! and to top it off the woman doing the finance for the car, at the dealership was the worst person I have ever dealt with she was rude, did not have a clue what I she was talking about, when asked a simple question how what would the repayments be and over how long her response was " I am not quite sure" buyers beware!!!!!
